Condition: Very good.

Notes: A nice Tekke-designed 'bokhara' carpet, woven in strong and attractive colours. Although such Soviet examples lack some of the individuality of the older pieces, this one is notable for good, bright and harmonious colours, a pleasing abrush (variation in shades due to changes in yarn absorbency and/or dye batch), and beautiful decorated kilim ends. All wool construction.
